The Boots Christmas gift guide is one of the high street’s biggest seasonal catalogues. For several years, while leading the copy team at Jupiter Design, we were responsible for developing the tone of voice and writing hundreds of short, sharp product entries. It was always a challenging project that demanded organisation, working with many clients and writing to an exact number of characters.
